Conversation safety and authorized access

Authorized BizAcquir staff may review and participate in conversations when needed for support, platform safety, policy enforcement or dispute resolution.

Private reports, supporting evidence and internal review notes are restricted to authorized personnel. Participants receive clearly attributed support messages; ordinary staff supervision does not alter their message read state or announce each view.

Financial connections import business aggregates through seller-authorized access. Account identifiers and credentials are protected. Public previews do not reveal private financial metrics, seller contact information or private supporting documents.

We retain the policy version and time of account acknowledgment, moderation actions and relevant transaction history. Account restriction or cancellation does not erase evidence or financial records. Optional advertising and analytics use the choices in Cookie preferences; you may withdraw those choices.

Connected business information and listing reminders

With the seller’s authorization, BizAcquir retrieves relevant business financial information to operate the connection, support listing review, platform integrity and buyer safety. The provider presents the permissions requested during authorization. Those permissions may allow broader access than the financial information BizAcquir currently retrieves; BizAcquir does not use the connection to execute payments, refunds, payouts, transfers or business edits.

Financial figures identify their source, reporting period and freshness. Detailed connected financial information remains restricted to signed-in members with the applicable access; account credentials and private supporting documents are not public.

Request disconnection through your listing’s Financial connections page or contact support. You may also revoke access at the provider. We stop synchronization after disconnection or detected revocation. Retained historical imports show their date and disconnected state, subject to applicable retention and provider requirements.

We may send up to two reminders about a saved, unfinished listing. You can turn these off in Draft reminder preferences, linked from each reminder and your listings page. These reminders do not subscribe you to a newsletter.
