The assisted service

People and a workspace, throughout the process.

The seller success fee supports BizAcquir’s listing review and assisted transaction service: a private deal workspace, manager coordination, bank-receipt checks, agreed asset handover and manual payout coordination.

These are process capabilities, not a guarantee of a sale, financial performance or dispute outcome. No instant payment occurs when a buyer starts an assisted purchase.

Buyer fee: 2% added to the agreed sale price. Seller fees exclude the buyer fee; there are no fees on fees.

How does free automatic renewal work?

Your listing stays live until it sells, with automatic renewal every 30 days at no extra listing cost. Previously approved listings that ended solely because their listing period elapsed are restored. Sold, withdrawn, suspended, rejected, pending and admin-disabled listings are not restored. Admins can stop renewal globally or for an individual listing.

Can I save a draft without connecting business data?

Yes. A first submission requires a valid business-data connection and successful initial import. Whop connections are available. Other providers are offered as their setup is completed; the connection screen shows current availability. Connection, identity, publication and vetting requirements remain separate.

What happens if my listing changes?

Material changes require renewed admin review. Automatic renewal does not approve changes, award identity verification or grant BizAcquir Vetted.

Does this change existing deal fees?

No. Existing agreed fees and agreements are preserved. New agreements disclose and lock the buyer and seller fees before funds are recorded. Existing agreements are not re-priced. The success fee becomes payable only after the agreed handover is completed and explicitly accepted, with all payout safeguards met, and is deducted from confirmed funds when preparing the authorized manual seller payout. Automated tax calculation remains inactive; this does not mean tax-exempt or zero tax. Non-USD conversion requires separate agreement.

How are installments handled?

The total agreed sale price selects the fixed deal rate: 7% through USD $50,000 inclusive, 5% above. The agreed percentage is deducted from each confirmed installment at its authorized seller payout after completion and buyer acceptance. Unpaid installments collect no fee. Fractional cents are carried forward through cumulative rounding, with the final installment reconciling the total agreed fee. The 2% buyer fee is allocated to each principal installment, with final-installment rounding reconciled to the agreed total. All bank movements are manual.

What happens to fees on cancellation or refund?

A full cancellation refund includes all amounts actually paid toward the deal, including the buyer fee and collected seller success fee. There is no cancellation deduction. Unpaid installments are not refunded. If funds were already paid out, the required recovery or funding is recorded before a refund can be completed. For a partial refund, the admin records the exact fee-refund amount and reason case by case; there is no automatic proration. Refund proposals still require both participants’ consent to the same terms, Senior Dispute Reviewer approval and authorized finance recording. Reversals are recorded separately without rewriting the original history.
